1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website and engineering services of Globally Web Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Professional Services

Globally Web Solutions provides custom web development, mobile application engineering, cloud infrastructure setup, UI/UX design, and related digital consulting services. Detailed project deliverables, development sprints, payment milestones, and service level agreements (SLAs) are governed by specific project proposals and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) signed mutually between the Company and the Client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Code Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a formal written contract:

• Upon complete payment of all agreed invoice milestones, 100% intellectual property ownership of the custom code, designs, and proprietary deliverables transfers to the Client.
• The Company retains ownership of its pre-existing proprietary frameworks, developer tools, reusable libraries, and open-source dependencies used in project assembly.
• All trademarks, brand logos, and content published on this website remain the sole intellectual property of Globally Web Solutions.

4. Client Obligations & Acceptable Use

Clients agree to provide accurate project specifications, timely asset approvals, and necessary API credentials. The Client warrants that all assets, media, and text provided to Globally Web Solutions for implementation do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or applicable national laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Globally Web Solutions and its directors, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, loss of data, unauthorized access to servers, or commercial interruption. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the specific scope of work giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms, their interpretation, and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with Globally Web Solutions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

The Client and the Company irrevocably agree that the competent civil courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms or related business transactions.
